Refund Policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, allowing you a full refund if you’re not satisfied with your purchase within this timeframe. Additionally, within these 30 days, you can return the product for an exchange if you don’t opt for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Exchange Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:
- Product is defective
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Product must be more than 50% unused
All returns will be inspected to ensure these criteria are met. If the product does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Proof of Purchase
For a refund or an exchange, a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required. Without this proof, a refund or exchange cannot be processed.
Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return please email us at info@gymfreaksupplements.com Please provide your order number, name, reason for return and a photo of the product. You will be responsible for all return shipping cost. Please note if item is found to be used more than 50% the refund may be rejected.

We use Usps ground advantage for all orders within the USA. We currently only ship within the USA. Expected shipping times 3-5 business days. We provide a tracking number by email. If a customer would like to modify or change an order or update an address please email us asap, orders are processed very quickly 5am daily.
